There is very little to prepare — but a few simple things can help you settle in and get the most from your first appointment.
You don't need a clear, tidy explanation of what's wrong before you come in. Many clients arrive only knowing that something feels off, and that's a completely valid place to start — the details tend to surface as sessions progress.
There's no special clothing, diet, or ritual required beforehand. Simply come as you normally would, ideally without having rushed straight from something stressful if you can help it.
Choose a quiet, private room where you won't be interrupted, and check your device's camera and microphone beforehand. Make sure your device is fully charged (or plugged in) and that you have a stable internet connection, so the session isn't interrupted partway through. Somewhere comfortable to sit or recline works well.
It can help to have a loose sense of what you'd like to feel or do differently, even if you can't yet explain why things are the way they are. This isn't essential, but it can be a helpful starting point for the conversation.
If you're unsure about anything — how hypnosis feels, how many sessions you might need, or anything else — bring those questions along. A good first session leaves you feeling informed and unhurried, not pressured.
